working as an architect & BIM modeler at estudio set
The project was awarded by a Uruguayan company to
our firm to produce all the necessary plans for the
bidding process with various subcontractors. We
collaborated closely with several advisors, including
those in charge of the structure, plumbing, interior
design, and lighting, among others. Our team worked
diligently to ensure that all plans were
comprehensive and accurate, meeting the project's
requirements and expectations. By working closely
with the client and advisors, we were able to provide
a seamless and efficient process for the project's
planning and execution.

just one block away from the beach, offers a range
of amenities for residents to enjoy. These include a
semi-Olympic indoor swimming pool, an outdoor
swimming pool, a gym, a massage room, BBQ grills,
children's play area, teenage area, co-working
spaces, and a meeting room. Additionally, the building
is surrounded by green space, providing ample
opportunities for outdoor activities.
This building boasts 30 floors of apartments with
various layouts to suit different needs. With
multiple elevators available, residents can easily
access their units on any floor. Additionally, each
apartment has its own parking space for added
convenience. The building also features a separate
service entrance to cater to the needs of residents
and staff. With a range of apartment types
available, ample parking space, and dedicated service
facilities, this building is designed to provide a
comfortable and convenient living experience for its
residents.
The entire model and its graphics
were created using Revit
software, following the BIM
methodology. Using Revit and
BIM methodology allowed for
easy determination of quantity
takeoffs, dimensions, and
specifications of all the elements
comprising the model, as well as
generating necessary details,
sections, elevations, and other
elements required for accurate
project costing.
As a member of the team
responsible for creating all the
necessary models and graphics
for the amenities area, I was
tasked with generating families
of specific elements, including
main access enclosures that
seamlessly integrate with the
hall's curtain wall, as well as
adjusting and modeling them
until they were fully documented.
Additionally, I designed custom
furniture pieces as requested by
the interior design team.
The access enclosure operates
as a distinct family unit,
incorporating all its constituent
parts, seamlessly blending with
the curtain wall system, and
encompassing the entire ground
floor of the core and halls.
Furthermore, distinct families
were created for the barbecue
areas, where the grill space,
complete with closure and wood
storage unit, was designed
alongside a bar area integrated
with the social space, featuring a
sink and cooking stove. The
entire unit was grouped for
efficient replication and to
facilitate future modifications,
streamlining the design process
A custom-made piece of
furniture was created for the
children's area at the request of
the interior design team, serving
as a play space that promotes a
playful environment. The design
was based on specific demands
and requirements to meet the
necessary standards.
Additionally, all necessary pieces
were created to facilitate
subsequent production and
construction.
